6月のお食事は本館・新館とも焼物にお肉が付きます。また新館はホタルかごで初夏の風情をお楽しみいただけます。

In the new building ,you can enjoy the taste in early summer by firefly cage.

本館の金澤懐石は和牛ステーキをカラフルな夏野菜とお楽しみ頂けます。

新館の鳳凰懐石は和牛ヒレステーキを金沢初夏の伝統食のドジョウ蒲焼きとお楽しみ頂けます。

You can enjoy the Japanese fillet steak and broiled loach flavored with thick sweetened soy sauce

また例年6月はまつさき横の用水でホタルが飛びます。
そこで新館では、お食事でも初夏の風物詩を楽しんでいただきたく、
先付の水無月豆腐をホタルかごに盛りました。
Every year , fireflies fly by the river next to MATSUSAKI Ryokan.
